Return , Replacement & Refund policy

Your complete shopping satisfaction is our highest Priority. We want you happy each and every time you buy from us. However if due to some unforeseen situation you are not happy with the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation. We do our best to make sure you never need to use this policy. Please take time to read this before placing your order.

Product Information :

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours & description of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. We have no question asked return policy in case you received the defective product.

All sizes and measurements are approximate. Size and colour charts are provided as a guide only. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to measure themselves to ensure the dress they are ordering is the correct size. To avoid disappointment, please make sure you are certain on the dress style, fabric and size before ordering. Individual designed dresses may vary from exact design therefore no guarantee will be given. Please note that rush order charges are not refundable.

Returns and Refunds :

Custom-made (Made to Order) and stitched dresses cannot be returned for an exchange or refund. Please note that Tailor made or, custom designed items cannot be resold/restock, so they can only be returned for repairing/corrections and not for refund.

Returns on stitched products are not accepted.

The buyer shall inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify us via email within 24 hours of delivery if the goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the contract. If the buyer fails to do so, the buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods. After this period we have the right to refuse a return. Items must be returned within 7 working days from the date of receipt at buyer's expense. All items must be returned unworn, unsoiled, undamaged and unaltered with original packing , tags still attached and uncut, hangers, and protective covering where applicable. Items washed, dry cleaned, or otherwise handled are not refundable. Items returned in unacceptable physical condition (e.g. torn, stained, streaked) are not refundable. Please treat the returned item with the same care in which you received it. If you cannot provide us with a tracking number for the item within 3 working days, we will refuse the return. Once we receive the returned item, it may be remade or modified to rectify any points of dissatisfaction and then shipped back to you.

Should you decide to exchange a dress for the same style, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match although in most cases, the colour difference is negligible.

All custom-made dressses will have a 19% restocking fee applied from the full purchase price of the dress. Any refused or non-deliverable merchandise will also incur a 19% restocking fee. The original shipping charge on your order is not refundable.

Payment of the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please do not ship anything back to us until AFTER you have contacted us for our return shipping address and details. If you cancel your order for any reason before we ship it to you there is a 'stop production' fee of 45% of the value of your order taken off your refund, no matter what stage of production your order is at. A postage charge is applicable on items that require re-delivery.

The card processing fees or payment gateway fees which is 5% is to be deducted in case of any refund. We offer free shipping that does not mean that shipping company did not charge us. We pay the shipping charges on your behalf. In case of any type of return the shipping charges that we paid will be deducted from the balance amount.

Return Authorization Number

A Return Authorization Number must be requested by email. This number is used by ourselves to process returns and should be entered on the back of the Dispatch Note. When you return any item, you must include the Return Note in your return package. Items returned without a Return Authorization Number will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Made to measure

We can make some types of customized pieces. If you ask us to make a customized piece we will follow your instructions as closely as possible. However, during production, we reserve the right to make changes to your instructions as we see fit, without contacting you about them. On custom items there are absolutely no exchanges or refunds. Payment for adjustments, if made with us after receiving the item, are the responsibility of the customer. Any design that is sent to us by a customer to make as a custom piece becomes our property, which we can make and sell again through our normal sales channels.

Cash on delivery orders are non refundable

We understand that some times you don't like the product for many reasons and you need to return the dress but due to the complex cash handling procedures , we are not able to offer you the returns for all cash on delivery orders. However we do accepts return for orders paid with online methods like credit/debit cards, net banking or online transfer.

Stitching disclaimer : We rely only on the measurements number provided by you and our tailors stitch your dress as per these numbers. So please be assure about your size before submitting measurements. We will not be responsible for any incorrect measurements given by you. We try to stitch exactly same as your measurements numbers but every person have a different body structure in the same size. Its not always possible to give 100% fit in the same size hence your dress may need altering to get a perfect fit, we advise you source a professional and experienced tailor /seamstress to do any alterations. We accepts no liability for any alterations undertaken. Color & description disclaimer : The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only fairly approximate values.

A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color or pattern may or may not occur as seen on a computer screen against the actual color and pattern of the outfit received.

Out of stock disclaimer : We do not stock all the items in our warehouse. Many items are made on only order basis, hence there may be possibilities of any item can go out of stock after you place your order on the website due to non availability of raw materials and others things in the market. In that case you will be notified via email and your full amount will either be refunded or you can select any other item of the same range.
