To create an account on Indiabazaaronline, go to the top on the right hand side of the website and click on create an account and enter the asked details.
Q. How can I check my order status?
Once you have placed your order, you can check the status of your order by clicking on the option “view order status” which is shown on the right side of My account page.
Q. I am not able to login to my account. Please help me.
You can always use "Forgot password option to reset your password. Alternately you can mail us your registered email id to firstname.lastname@example.org and will reset and send your same registered email id.

Q. I have created my account on Indiabazaaronline. How can I be assured that I have been registered with Indiabazaaronline?
Once you have created your account at Indiabazaaronline, you will get an automated confirmation mail along with your ID and password to your registered email address.
Q. I have created my account on the website but still did not get any confirmation or any email?
Some times it takes few minute to send these email by our email server, hence you should wait for some time. If you still not get email , there might be a chance that you have entered a wrong email address. Don't worry contact us at email@example.com
Q. How do I place my order?
Its very simple. Just add your desired products into your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your billing and shipping address and proceed for payment.
Q. Is it necessary to type my billing and shipping details every time i order a product?
By default that address of yours is chosen by the system which you had given while creating your account. If you want your order at that address then it is not necessary to fill the shipping and billing details every time if you want to ship to a different address then you need to fill the new shipping details
Q. I have placed an order, Please tell me the exact date when will I receive it?
The delivery date of each and every product is mentioned in the website, in case you have asked for stitching and customization then you can add extra 3-4 days.
Q. Who are your courier partners? Are they trusted and reliable?
Customer satisfaction is our topmost priority. We ensure that the customers get their products on time and that's why we have collaboration with the top most courier partners like DHL,Fedex, UPS, First Flight and Track on.
Q. I have ordered three products but when I am checking my order status it is showing partially shipped. What does it mean?
It simply means that not all the three products of your order have been shipped, but those which are ready has been shipped.
Q. Is there any chance that you can pre pond my order’s shipping date?
We try our best to make timely delivery of the orders and if there is any such specific requirement of pre-pond then we try our level best to do so but can't assure you the same. We suggest when you need quick delivery; you can choose products from the "Ready to Ship" section.
Q. How can I know about the shipment of my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an automatic generated mail regarding the same and within 24 hours again you will receive another mail stating the tracking number of your order.
Q. How can I submit my measurements?
Once you have placed the order, you will see an option "Submit measurements" on the order status page. You can click on that link and submit your measurements.
Q. I want some changes in my measurement details? How can I do that?
You can make alteration in the measurements option only until your product has not been sent for the stitching. To know about the same you can mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
Q. Are the sizes available on your site's size chart appropriate and can submit my measurements according to it?
All the sizes and measurement mentioned in the size chart are just an approximate general idea. The measurement charts just act as a guide for the buyer. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to give the correct measurements in order to get the dress stitched as per their size.
Q. Can I get full sized sleeves in my ordered salwar kameez?
All the un stitched salwar kameez fabric comes in a standard length wherein the short sleeves can be easily made. Although it varies from the fabric to fabric, if it will be possible then we will try our best to make your salwar kameez with full sleeves.
Q. I have placed my order 3 days back but due to non availability of time, I could not submit my measurements. Can I submit it now?
Yes, you can submit your measurement details anytime but you should keep it in mind that the more days you will take to submit your measurement, the more delay it will occur in your delivery of your order as we can't send your product to the stitching team until and unless we don't have your measurement details.
Q. What are your charges for different stitching and customization?
Stitching Charges for Blouse (with falling and edging): INR 500 , Stitching Charges for Salwar Kameez: INR 600 , Stitching Charges for Lehenga Choli/ Sharara: INR 1200. You can always see these price in your local currency on the product page.
Q. What are the payments methods options available to me?
You can make you payment through:
1. Debit or Credit cards including visa and master card.

Q. I don’t have a PayPal account. What are the other payment options available to me?
You can make payment via Western union or Direct Banking Transfer.
Q. If I want to cancel my order, can I do that?
If your ordered product would be under stitching then it will be a bit tough for us to cancel your order. In any case if you feel like cancelling your order then you can send us a mail at email@example.com, along with the reason for cancellation. We will suggest you accordingly.
Q. I need to add a new product to my existing order. Please suggest how can I do that?
Once you create an order, that order gets registered in our system with a certain order ID. So, if you want to buy a new product then you need to place a new order. or you can email us for this.
Q. Do you ship all over the world?
Q. You offer free shipping but why i am asked/charged for shipping charges?
Yes we offer free shipping over $299 USD except for some destinations. If your shipping address is from South Africa, Nigeria, Angola, Mauritius and Fiji , the shipping charges will be applicable as per weight due to the heavy shipping charges for these countries.
Q. How can I see product in my local currency?
As we serve the customers globally we have an option of “currency converter” at the top of the
site, so that everyone can view the prices in their local currency.

Q. Can I cancel a purchase?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours by simply contacting us via e-mail, chat service or phone call.
Q. I have not yet received my delivery, although the stated delivery time has passed.
On rare occasions or in remote areas there sometimes might be a delay.
Indiabazaaronline.com unfortunately has no influence on this. If there is any expected delay
in your order shipment then you will certainly get informed via mail or phone about it.
Q. I have submitted wrong measurement can I change it?
If your order is not under stitching process then you can change it, if it’s already stitched or its under stitching then you cannot change your measurement.
Q. I don’t have any credit card, how can I pay?
You can pay via Money gram or Western Union.
Q. Why my credit card is being charged a bit extra?
It’s the bank charges due to currency conversion from one country to other.
Q. I am a re seller and want to purchase in bulk, can I get any discount?
Yes but you have to make your order up to INR Rs 50,000.
Q. I am being charged by shipping company at the time of delivery, why so?
That’s charged by custom service of your country because of the import service and not by indiabazaaronline.
