Shipping Policy

We can ship to any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through world most trusted international courier companies like Fedex , DHL , UPS and Aramax. For Indian buyers we deliver through Blue dart, First flight , Trackon.

About shipping dates
 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the avaiability and nature of the product and customization options, a rough shipping date appears on the product detail page.
 
If you want to expedite your shipping dates you must mention the urgency or preferred date while placing your order. Although we are highly committed for timely delivery but again it’s a real world and there may be some delays due to un expected event. If you are planning to place an order for any celebration like wedding , we suggest you to keep an enough margin(at least 20 days prior) so that you can enjoy the occasion with your lovely outfit.  

About transit time
 

Transit time is the time when your parcel is in the transit after dispathing from our offices. As we use world's top courier companies hence the transit time may not be greater that 4-5 working days for any address in the world. This time frame excludes any unexpected delay like custom clearance or Air lines strike etc.

Orders are shipped within 15-20 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation . Anubha Creations Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15-20 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. How ever we take care and cooperate our best possible to ensure the timely and safely delivery of your order to your doorstep in case of any mishapp.
About tracking details
 
Once we dispatch your order from our office, it may take 2-3 working days to update the tracking details on the website. You can always find the tracking details of your shipped order under the "Order Status" link on the website. When ever we ship your order from here its staus changes to "Shipped" and you are notified via an email.
 
How delivery charges are calculated

For Indian shipping address there is no shipping charge and delivery is absolutely free regardless of any weight.

For rest of the world, the shipping charges are either flat(per item basis) or as per weight of your total order and your destination shipping address. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

While checkout process the shipping charges are visible to the user.
About custom clearance
 
Anubha Creation Pvt. Ltd. will not bear any kind of custom duty that may be introduced as per your shipping destination country custom rules.
